Panama Red Coffee — April 21, 2012

What a beautiful spring day. Concord is a gorgeous town and the park across the street from Panama Red Coffee was full. I played a fair set, despite suffering from allergies. I played originals, arrangements and one cover.

1. She’s Like the Wind
2. I Saw a Man Pursuing the Horizon, by Stephen Crane
3. Caesar’s Lament
4. A Dream Within a Dream, by Edgar Allan Poe
5. I Hear the Stars Still Singing, by James Weldon Johnson
6. When Life is Real, by Edgar Lee Masters (first performance; poem first published in Songs and Satires, 1916)
7. An Old Story, by Edwin Arlington Robinson
8. Sympathy, by Paul Laurence Dunbar
9. Scarborough Fair (arrangement)
10. Highways Heading Home
11. Blowin’ in the Wind (Dylan)
12. L’Envoi, by Edwin Arlington Robinson
